Return and Exchange Policy
Free shipping and gift boxing on orders over $200
When your order includes product sales that are equal to or exceed $200, we will gift box your order for free and offer free flat rate shipping. Please note the $200 threshold excludes tax, shipping charges, discounts, and gift boxing charges.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your products. If you are not, we will definitely offer you a return or exchange! All returned or exchanged items must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of product shipment (to keep things fair we are firm on this policy).
We will refund you the price paid for the eligible item and the sales tax. We cannot, however, refund any shipping charges.
Please read important guidelines/restrictions below prior to mailing your item(s):
Limited Edition items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Holiday Collections are only eligible for return as a whole collection, we cannot process a refund or exchange for an individual item within a collection.
Individual Items from Skincare Collections cannot be returned or exchanged unless returned as a whole collection.
Individual Items from Makeup Collections are only eligible for a shade exchange of equal value, we cannot process refunds for an individual item within a collection.
Basic Starter Kits or individual contents from the Kit cannot be returned or exchanged as per our Beauty Guide Agreement Policy.
Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the new item for FREE! Any balance due will be charged to the credit card indicated on your Return & Exchange Form. Any credit to your account will be refunded to your original form of payment.
How do I return/exchange a product?

Collection and Use of Information
We do not require any PII to browse our Website. All information gathered is on a voluntary basis. If you decide to provide us with your PII, you should know that we may store all PII that you provide to us through whatever means you provide such information (through our Website, Beauty Guide, via email or facsimile, etc.). Examples of PII include but are not limited to, your name, physical and/or email address, phone number, and credit card information. In addition to your contact information, we may collect your personal tax id, birthday, gender, occupation, and any other information necessary for you to join us as a Beauty Guide.
Beauty Guide PII
To become a LimeLight by Alcone Beauty Guide you must provide us with your PII through completing and digitally signing an on-line Beauty Guide Agreement.
We respect children's privacy. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us. You should rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
Information Use and Disclosures
LimeLight by Alcone will use the PII disclosed on an Order Form or entered into the Website to process and complete the customer's order, including shipping and billing. In addition, a customer's name, mailing address, email address and telephone number may be used for the following limited purposes: Referrals â€“ When LimeLight by Alcone receives unsolicited orders or hostess requests, your PII will be provided to a Beauty Guide to ensure your needs are met. At LimeLight by Alcone we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your LimeLight by Alcone purchase. Accordingly, the PII you provide may be used for purposes of monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting problems and resolving disputes. Your PII may also be used to keep you informed of new products and promotions at LimeLight by Alcone.When a customer fills out and signs a Customer Order Form, they consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their PII for the purposes set out above, unless we are notified otherwise. LimeLight by Alcone may, from time to time, publish a Beauty Guide's PII (name, photo, sales results and achievements) to recognize the Beauty Guide for their achievements and help motivate other Beauty Guides.
LimeLight by Alcone reserves the right to use PII for administrative purposes. When an individual completes and digitally signs the New Beauty Guide Agreement, the individual consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their PII for the purposes set out above, including the calculation and processing of commissions, unless LimeLight by Alcone is otherwise notified. When your Beauty Guide Application is accepted by LimeLight by Alcone, the PII disclosed on the application, will be used solely within the context of our business relationship with you. Upon the termination of the relationship between LimeLight by Alcone and the Beauty Guide, LimeLight by Alcone will only keep the Beauty Guide's PII for lawful purposes.
We do not rent or sell your PII to another company or third party business for use in promoting their goods or services.
LimeLight by Alcone Main Office will only provide you with promotional emails, coupons, etc if you opt-in to receive these emails. You may, however, receive emails of varying content directly from your Beauty Guide.
To protect your nonpublic PII, we have put in place state-of-the-art sockets layer (SSL) technology. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers or other sensitive information. LimeLight by Alcone will NEVER ask for sensitive information via email.
You may review, correct, or delete your personal information through our website. If you have registered with us, you will be able to view and modify any information contained in your personal profile. However, for security purposes, you must contact LimeLight by Alcone directly to change your tax id number. You may also contact us to remove any PII from our database.
